About Duskkeep
These terms cover use of the Duskkeep website and all purchases made through it. Duskkeep is operated by Divinitas Global Holdings, located at 30 N Gould St., Sheridan, WY, 82801. Customer service: hello@divinitasholdings.com.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or misuse its content. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or the permission of an authorized parent or guardian where applicable.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products clearly. Product images illustrate the product and its intended atmosphere; actual projection appearance can vary with room lighting, distance, and the surface used. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Product descriptions do not replace safety instructions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Bundle prices and included quantities are displayed before adding to the bag. Any taxes, shipping charges, or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Adding an item to the bag does not create an order or charge your card.
Order acceptance
Once ordering is enabled, submitting a checkout request does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be declined for payment failure, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. A customer will be notified of any cancellation and any payment taken for a canceled order will be refunded.
Shipping and delays
Estimated processing and delivery is 7–15 days total. Shipping is free to the USA, $6.98 to Canada, and $9.98 to other supported destinations. Available destinations and the shipping charge are shown before payment. If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, the customer will be notified of the revised timing and offered the applicable cancellation and refund options. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Returns and warranty
Returns are described in the Refund Policy. Any advertised warranty must be provided with its final coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions before purchase. Warranty terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Website content and third-party services
Website content is provided for browsing and shopping. Payment, shipping, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. No promise of uninterrupted or error-free website access is made.
Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. For questions or disputes about your order, contact hello@divinitasholdings.com so we can work toward a resolution.
